    Hi javier reyes

One additional thing to check: is your payment method issued in Argentina and using an Argentine billing address? Even if your Microsoft account and Windows region have been changed, purchases can still fail with an "Incorrect Region" error when the payment method, billing country, and account region do not match. Also make sure you are not connected through a VPN or proxy. If everything is set to Argentina and the error persists, this will likely require Microsoft Support to review the account's regional billing configuration.

As this is a public forum, we cannot access or modify account or billing details.

This usually happens when the Store region, account region, billing region, or existing subscription region do not fully match.

    Try these steps in order:

    1. Set Windows region to Argentina
In Windows 11, go to Start > Settings > Time & Language > Language & Region. Under Country or region, select Argentina.
    2. Update the Microsoft account profile region
Go to the Microsoft account Your info page, select Edit profile info, and change Country or region to Argentina.
    3. Reset Microsoft Store
Press Windows key + R, type wsreset.exe, then select OK.
A blank Command Prompt window opens, then closes after about 10 seconds, and Microsoft Store opens automatically.
    4. Restart the PC
If Windows was recently updated, restart before trying the purchase again.
    5. Check for region-change blockers
A country or region change may fail if:
      • the region was changed within the last three months
      • the account is suspended
      • there is a subscription issue such as an expired credit card or balance due
      • the account is treated as a minor in one region but not the other
    6. If there is an active subscription from Chile
For Microsoft 365, the documented process is to wait for the subscription to expire or cancel it, because a new-region purchase cannot be made until the existing subscription is gone. A similar accepted support answer also states that active subscriptions can keep the previous billing country until canceled and repurchased with the new region payment method.
    7. Check payment and account status
      Verify:
      • the card is up to date on the Payment options page
      • there are no overdue subscriptions on the Services page
      • the account is not temporarily suspended
    8. If the game still does not appear or cannot be installed
One documented reason is that the app or game may not be available in the current country or region.

If it still fails after all of the above, use Contact Support from Microsoft Support for purchase or region-change help.
