Dear Microsoft Support Team,

I have an issue regarding the AI Skills Fest exam voucher. I attended the AI Skills Fest, received the voucher, and booked my exam. However, I left the company a few weeks later, so I no longer have access to my old corporate account.

Could you please advise if there is an alternative way to access the voucher or proceed with my booked exam using a different account?

I contacted Microsoft support, they told me to send an email to ******@microsoftsupport.com, I sent the email, but it didn't get delivered because of the following issue "5.4.1 Recipient address rejected: Access denied. For more information see. Diagnostic-Code: smtp; 550 5.4.1 Recipient address rejected: Access denied."

Appreciate your support,
Best regards.

Microsoft is currently reviewing existing AI Skills Fest voucher-related support requests. Learners who contacted Microsoft Support regarding voucher availability or voucher expiration on or before September 1st, 2026 may be eligible for an exception review. If you already have an open support case, no further action is required at this time. Support requests submitted after September 1st, 2026 will not be considered under this exception process. To help us process eligible cases as quickly as possible, please do not submit duplicate requests.

For AI Skills Fest voucher issues, the supported path is to submit a Credentials Support request rather than use an email address that rejects mail.

    Use this process:

    1. Go to the online support request.
    2. Confirm Product family = Learning.
    3. Confirm Product or Service = Microsoft Credentials.
    4. Select a category that matches the voucher issue. Based on the accepted guidance for missing or mismatched voucher cases, use:
      • Problem Type = Exams
      • Problem Subtype = Discounts or Vouchers
    5. Select Professional No Charge.
    6. Enter location and time zone.
    7. Choose Email as the contact method. Credentials support is provided through email, not phone.
    8. In the case description, include:
      • Learn username
      • That the voucher was received and the exam was already booked
      • That access to the original corporate account was lost after leaving the company
      • Any email mismatch between the original account and the current accessible account
      • Screenshots of the booking confirmation, voucher-related messages, and the delivery failure error

    After submission:

    • A case number is shown on screen and confirmed by email from "****@mail.support.microsoft.com"**.
    • Case status can be checked through the Manage tab on the support request site.

For AI Skills Fest voucher cases, accepted guidance also says to include the email address used to register for the event so the case can be reviewed faster.
