Unfortunately, no. Azure Purview do not pull that automatically.
But as a workaround you may try exploring this blog by one of the community volunteers and see if you can take a similar approach. This blog uses pyapacheatlas which lets you work with the Azure Purview and Apache Atlas APIs in a Pythonic way. - Using PyApacheAtlas to import SQL Server extended properties to Azure Purview
