Old phone broke and trying to transfer to new device

windows 11 laptop speakers work but headphones no sound
My sound windows 11 was not working properly so reinstalled driver. Speakers and Headphoned worked. Paired bluetooth earbuds and headphones stopped working. I can see headphones in control panel but can not activate them.
