Required Parameters
Name of the SiteKey.
Name of the resource group.
Name of the site to link this key to. Used to construct the site ARM resource ID.

Download the token for a site key.
Downloads the site key token and saves it to a file. If --file is not specified,
the token is saved to <key-name>.SiteKey in the current directory.
