Remarks
The square root of the complex number value
is calculated by using the following formula:
Complex.FromPolarCoordinates(Math.Sqrt(value.Magnitude), value.Phase/2.0)
The Sqrt method for complex numbers corresponds to the Math.Sqrt method for real numbers.
