Gets a value indicating whether the Configure() method can be called.

if the underlying data source has a configuration wizard that can be launched with Configure(), otherwise, false
.
Remarks
The CanConfigure property is used by a design host, such as Visual Studio 2005, to determine whether to display a Configure command at design time.
Notes to Implementers
If you implement the IHierarchicalDataSourceDesigner interface to create your own data source and you do not provide configuration functionality, the CanConfigure property should always return false
and the Configure() method should raise a NotSupportedException.
