Protected Overrides Function GetEmptyDesignTimeHtml () As String
Returns
The HTML markup that represents a ListView control at design time.
Remarks
The GetEmptyDesignTimeHtml method is used by the designer to render the ListView control at design time if the two required templates for the ListView control (ListView.LayoutTemplate and ListView.ItemTemplate) are not defined. The GetEmptyDesignTimeHtml method calls the CreatePlaceHolderDesignTimeHtml(String) method to create a placeholder that displays the type and the ID of the control, and additional instructions for the user.
