Raises the RowStateChanged event.
protected:
virtual void OnRowStateChanged(int rowIndex, System::Windows::Forms::DataGridViewRowStateChangedEventArgs ^ e);
protected virtual void OnRowStateChanged (int rowIndex, System.Windows.Forms.DataGridViewRowStateChangedEventArgs e);
abstract member OnRowStateChanged : int * System.Windows.Forms.DataGridViewRowStateChangedEventArgs -> unit
override this.OnRowStateChanged : int * System.Windows.Forms.DataGridViewRowStateChangedEventArgs -> unit
Protected Overridable Sub OnRowStateChanged (rowIndex As Integer, e As DataGridViewRowStateChangedEventArgs)
Parameters
- rowIndex
- Int32
The index of the row that is changing state.
A DataGridViewRowStateChangedEventArgs that contains the event data.
Exceptions
The row changed from read-only to read/write, enabling the current cell to enter edit mode, but the EditType property of the current cell does not indicate a class that derives from Control and implements IDataGridViewEditingControl.
Remarks
Raising an event invokes the event handler through a delegate. For more information, see Handling and Raising Events.
The OnRowStateChanged method also allows derived classes to handle the event without attaching a delegate. This is the preferred technique for handling the event in a derived class.
Notes to Inheritors
When overriding OnRowStateChanged(Int32, DataGridViewRowStateChangedEventArgs) in a derived class, be sure to call the base class's OnRowStateChanged(Int32, DataGridViewRowStateChangedEventArgs) method so that registered delegates receive the event.
