The Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE) Starter Kit is no longer actively maintained. Many of the governance, visibility, and best practice capabilities historically delivered through the CoE Starter Kit are now available natively in the Power Platform admin center. In-product experiences like Inventory, Usage, Monitor, Actions, and Licensing give administrators real-time insights into resources, adoption, operational health, and governance. As Microsoft continues to invest in these built-in experiences, customers are encouraged to use the Power Platform admin center as the primary destination for managing and governing Power Platform at scale. The ALM Accelerator is deprecated and no new features are being added. Use Pipelines in Power Platform to bring ALM automation capabilities to Power Platform and Dynamics 365 services. Pipelines can be used with source code integration or extended to integrate with other providers.
The Enterprise security with Power Platform whitepaper was removed, as all relevant content moved to the Security pillar.
