MSN Explorer: Save a copy of all your sent messages

You can choose to save a copy of every e-mail message that you send with MSN Mail. You can save the messages onto the MSN servers or onto your computer.

  1. Click the Help & Settings menu, and then click Settings.

  2. In the left pane, click E-mail.

  3. Click E-mail options.

  4. To save a copy of your sent messages on MSN servers, select the Save a copy of each message sent in the Sent Messages folder on MSN check box.

    - Or -

    To save a copy of your sent messages on your computer, select the Save a copy of each message sent in the Sent Messages folder on this computer check box.

  5. Click Save Changes.
