MSN Explorer: View how much storage space you're using
MSN Mail includes ever-growing storage to provide you with as much storage space as you need. Your Inbox capacity will automatically increase as you need more space. Users whose inboxes are extremely large or start to grow very quickly may receive an e-mail notification from MSN asking them to move e-mails to the Folders on your Computer area or to delete older e-mails. Please read these e-mail notifications and follow the advice provided in them to continue to enjoy ever-growing storage.
If your Inbox grows too fast, you may not be able to receive any more messages. Here are some suggestions to help you manage your account so that it doesn't become too large:
Set up a folder on your computer's hard disk where you can save large attachments, and then delete them from your inbox. For more information, see MSN Explorer: Save a copy of all your sent messages.
Set up your MSN Mail account to delete junk e-mail as soon as it comes in. For more information, see MSN Explorer: Set the junk e-mail filter level.
Empty your Junk E-Mail and Trash Can folders.
For more details of how much storage space you're using:
On the navigation bar, point to Mail & More, click the arrow, and then click Inbox.
In the left pane, click Folders on MSN.
