please try these steps to reset the network interface of you VM: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/troubleshoot/azure/virtual-machines/reset-network-interface
If you want to provide a "static IP" to a VM please never do this inside the VM OS.
This browser is no longer supported.
Upgrade to Microsoft Edge to take advantage of the latest features, security updates, and technical support.
I have created a VM with default settings. After taking remote connection , I changed the IP address to static. Thought , I could change the IP settings in VM after this. But now I couldn't access the VM.
I tried to edit the IP settings on my VM settings which was not possible.
Did a restart and redeploy (which is still in progress)
Recommend any other steps to fix this.
Thank you.
