On Microsoft Learn I just complete the module "Analyze your Microsoft 365 workplace data using Microsoft Viva Insights" but I'm very confusing about how to access the viva insights admin page.
Following these steps https://admin.microsoft.com/ -> Setup -> Microsoft Viva I assigned "Insights administrator", "Insights business leader" and "Insights analyst" to the user, but when I try to access "Manage privacy, data, and manager settings in Advanced Insights" https://analysis.insights.viva.office.com/ it appears an errore "Oops! You haven't been assigned a role in Viva Insights yet".

You may need a minimum of 10 'Microsoft Viva Insights' licenses to access the Viva advanced insights portal features.After you assign the license, it may also take up to 5 days to process collaboration data.

In my tenant I've assigned 19 license to user (admin is one of these).
I can wait 5 days but the message "Oops! You haven't been assigned a role in Viva Insights yet." seems indicate something wrong in the configuration.
The link page https://analysis.insights.viva.office.com/ is correct?Marco

Thanks for the information.If you only assign the Insights Administrator to this account (or another account), can you access the Viva insights portal?
If not either, please consider creating a service request in Microsoft 365 Admin Center>Support>New service request for further investigation on this issue.
