Visio Templates Not Working

Visio templates no longer working.

Getting error

404 - File or directory not found.

The resource you are looking for might have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable.

Hi @Wincy Rivera,

Did you use custom template file?

Where did you save the template file?

Did this problem appear in all files or specific file?

I suggest you open Visio- go to File- Options- Save- please check if you have set the personal template location. Go to this location and try to clear all files in it. (Back up these files to desktop first.)

If there is no personal template location, you can go to File- Options- Advanced- General- File Location- you can find the template location and repeat the same steps as personal template location.
