CQD Powershell Filter data

2023-02-18T09:33:33.8933333+00:00

Hi All,

I am trying to use some PowerShell commands to get the CQD data. Taken the https://4sysops.com/archives/how-to-use-the-office-365-call-quality-dashboard-powershell-module/ as reference.

But here These commands get all the data from Teams.

Here challenge is I want to filters the calls data for group of people(ex: members of my project or users of azure subscription)

If any idea or references, please suggest how can we apply the filter to achieve this.

Thanks in advance

Regards

Satya

Hi @Venkata satyanarayana Machari veera (CIS)

Thanks for visiting our forum. Teams tag is mainly focused on the general issue of Microsoft Teams troubleshooting.

As far as I know, CQD is about showing organization-wide call and meeting quality, and the official documentation is not providing commands to filter call quality for specific users.

In the reports generated by Teams admin center to better investigate and analyze data, the following filtering options are available: query filter, report filter, drill-down filter, multi-select filter, dashboard-level filter, URL filter.

For more details, you could refer to: Data and reports in Call Quality Dashboard (CQD).

    HI SokiGuo

Thanks for the information. I am still checking for the Custom filtering. I have gone through the suggested link shared it is very useful when we need to filter based on tenant or dates, months and soon.

My requirement for the Custom filtering is like we have group of people belong to one project i need to filter the only my project CQD data instead of all users in tenant. I am still searching any alternative approach to meet this.

If any thoughts on this, please suggest.

    thanks

    Satya
