Hi, I have MFA enabled for my microsoft work account and I'm able to login to other microsoft services successfully, but whenever I try to login to azure portal, if I have phone call authentication enabled , then I'll receive a phone call and after its successful authentication, the browser redirects to authenticator app approval, but on my authenticator app I do not receive any notification. I tried to remove authentication via authenticator app from my account, but still during login to azure portal, it says to approve notification on authenticator app, whereas I don't receive any notification on authenticator app for azure login. For all other microsoft services, authentication via authenticator app/phone call/code works fine, but only with azure login, I'm facing this issue.

Hello @Anonymous , you need to ask another cloud services admin to reset your Multi-Factor Authentication settings. To do this, the admin should follow these steps:

    1. Sign in to the cloud service portal as an admin.
    2. Go to https://account.activedirectory.windowsazure.com/usermanagement/multifactorverification.aspx.
    3. Select the check box for the admin account whose Multi-Factor Authentication settings you want to reset.
    4. Select Manage user settings.
    5. Select the Require selected users to provide contact methods again check box, and then select Save.
