How to draw erd based on implemented data structure using azure data studio as ssms do?
SSMS is a pure Windows Application, there is no version for Mac.
But you can use Azure Data Studio on Mac with the same (and some more) features:

SSMS is available only as a 32-bit application for Windows. If you need a tool that runs on operating systems other than Windows, we recommend Azure Data Studio. Azure Data Studio is a cross-platform tool that runs on macOS, Linux, and Windows. For details, see Azure Data Studio.

I tried the Azure Data Studio but when I create a connection it's asking me to Create a New firewall rule and then when I click on Add an Account I get the following error
The account which you are using to login has multiple tenants in Azure?
Can you please try login with SQL Server admin account.

Azure data studio doesn't have all features as Export database as SSMS.
