Forgot Azure portal login username (Free Tier). I have my recovery mail ID and phone number. Is there any way to get back my username.

Hello,
I created a new outlook account and used it to sign up for Azure. I registered for a free trial. Now I forgot the login ID. I have my recovery mail and phone number. Is it possible to get back my username.
