Restore access to tenant

Hi,

We have lost admin access to our tenant (and subscription?). It was set up by myself but something has happened and now I can not see it in the Azure portal.

I am the company co owner and have access to the domain, DNS etc if needed to verify.

I have the tenant id written down but cannot find any way to access it. I have a free Azure account/subsribtion but cannot understand how to get in contact with the support team, who would engage the data protection team, or what I should choose when creating a support ticket. I read a post about contact the support but I just don't see how.

Do I need to sign up for a payed support plan or can this be solved anyway? We just use Microsoft for our platform users to login in with their microsoft SSO single sign on.

I also tried to call the support phone but I am only directed to sending in a ticket only.

Any possible solution to gain access to the tenant for us?

Thank you very much in advance.

Thank you for asking this question on the Microsoft Q&A Platform.

You should raise a support ticket with Azure via Phone call.

Global Support Phone Numbers - https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/global-customer-service-phone-numbers-c0389ade-5640-e588-8b0e-28de8afeb3f2 (here you can find the number of the support teams of your region)

    Hope this helps!
