I have been experiencing an issue for the past 32 hours where the dedicated SQL pool cannot be scaled beyond a capacity of 100. Unfortunately, there is no information about a technical problem on the Azure Status page. Pausing is also not possible, as it results in the same error message.

When attempting to scale the database, the following error message occurs:

"An unexpected error occured while processing the request. Tracking ID: '0a04b29c-d5c7-493c-98e8-e7a0386575e9'"
