Secure data from org admin in Office 365

Hi,

I have got Office 365 educational license access as part of benefit for the course I have completed. This company has provided me an email/password which I am supposed to use for log-in into the office 365 account. Though I have changed the password, I am still not sure if the company can still see the documents I am creating and files I am uploading.

Is there a way to make sure that nobody (including the admin of org) has access to my data.

Thanks,

Manish
