How do I retrieve files from uninstalled OneDrive

Question

I unlinked, un-synched, and un-installed OneDrive. I set up a new storage destination on my c: drive. How do I retrieve the files, documents & folders that were saved under OneDrive?

Open Recycle Bin and find OneDrive files.

Right-click on your selected OneDrive files and click the “Restore” button.

Open Control Panel and then go to System and Security > File History, select the “Restore your files from File History” option.

Click the “Restore personal files” button > Select to restore OneDrive files to their original saved paths. If you need to set a new saved location, please click Restore > Restore to.
