Hello, I use azure because I use Mac but I have a problem. How can I open the .bak file in Mac?

    Microsoft SSMS : you can be able to run SSMS on a Mac using virtualization software like Parallels Desktop or VMware Fusion, or by setting up a Windows environment using Boot Camp.

    Microsoft's cross-platform database tool, Azure Data Studio, supports SQL Server backup files. You can use it to restore a .bak file to a local SQL Server instance or Azure SQL Database. Install Azure Data Studio on your Mac and follow the instructions for restoring a database.

    If you're using Azure SQL Database, you'll likely need to restore the .bak file to an Azure SQL Server instance.

    @ÖZGÜN TEKSOY, Thanks for posting in Q&A. Based on my researching, you can open .bak with Microsoft Visual Studio Code (multiplatform), Apple TextEdit (Mac), or any other text editor.
