Could someone explain this unexpected bill for Azure Speech Service

We have been using the Azure Speech Avatar recently. We have an Speech Service resource on the S0 Standard tier. Everything has been going fine for nearly a couple of months with us getting a <£0.10 in charges a day from our usage. Suddenly we have received a £33 charge on 26th Feb and a £66 charge on the 27th Feb. Cost analysis screenshot below. azure-speech-cost

I have no idea where this extra charge is coming from, I looked at the usage metrics for the last month and none of the usage stats seem to have increased significantly. Below is a plot of all the usage metrics provided in the azure portal.

As you can see we only use the synthesised characters and they have not changed much in the last couple of days. Does anyone know what this charge could be for?

    For Text to Speech Avatar, usage is billed per second. I hope you might have already done this process to identify anomalies and unexpected changes in your cloud costs using Cost Management and Billing.
