MECM Custom Client Computer Restart is not working

It as brought to my attention that after we deployed security updates computers are restarting within 2minutes of being in the maintenance windows while users are logged in. We have configured computer restarts for 72hours but it doesn't seem to be doing anything. The software deployment is configured to bypass maintenance windows for installation only (see screenshot below). The maintenance windows is configured for 5pm - 7am so right at 5:02pm any machine online restarts.

    Specify the amount of time after the deadline before a device gets restarted (minutes)

    This setting must be shorter in duration than the shortest maintenance window applied to the computer. But your setting(72h) is longer than your maintenance window(14h) applied to the computer, so your setting should be invalid.
