I understand that you are trying to configure a Connection Monitor with OnPrem Agent.
Can you specify what exactly is the issue?
- Is the OnPrem EndPoint not available from the drop down when you select Non–Azure endpoints tab?
- I take it that this is the case, if not, please let me know.
- Can you confirm if the following steps are done?
- Install Log Analytics agent on Windows computers
- Enable the Network Performance Monitor solution for on-premises machines
- Enable Network Watcher on your subscription
- Can you confirm if you have met the Network requirements of the Log Analytics agent?
- If all the above are done, you should be able to verify this. See : Verify agent connectivity to Azure Monitor
