InTune Workstations not detecting 2024-04 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 or 11

Hello, We have multiple workstations that do not detect 2024-04 Cumulative Update for Windows 10/11 but these workstations detect 2024-04 Cumulative Update for .NET Framework 3.5, 4.8 and 4.8.1 for Windows 10 / 11 and other window updates. We have tried running the Windows Update Reset script too. Any idea what could cause this to happen?

@PaulR84, Thanks for posting in Q&A. Quality updates also are referred to as "cumulative updates". In Intune, we can configure quality update setting in Update Ring policy or Expedite Windows quality updates.

Could you let us know what policy we set in Intune for windows update? Did we set "Quality update deferral period (days)" which Quality Updates are deferred? Is the policy deployed successfully to the affected device?

We do not have any update rings configured. I should note that the workstation has download and installed the following:

2024-04 .NET 6.0.29 Security Update for x64 Client (KB5037336)
2024-04 Cumulative Update for .NET Framework 3.5 and 4.8.1 for Windows 11, version 22H2 for x64 (KB5036620)

But when it comes to 2024-04 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5036893) it will not download or install. I checked the Windows Update logs and found the following errors:

@PaulR84, Thanks for the reply. From your description, the windows update is not managed by Intune, and you get error 0x800F081F. when install the KB5037336). After researching, I find a link describe this. You can try the suggestions to see if it can be fixed.
