Hello Team,
I'm facing issue in shortcut file after deploying the MSI package via Microsoft Intune and it is showing an error of "The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable". An application is getting installed successfully and showing correct application path in properties of shortcut file.

Please try to download and run this troubleshooter tool, follow the wizard, uninstall and reinstall it, see if it works.
Sometimes, the error message may provide an alternative way like "enter an alternate path to a folder containing the installation package…". If you get the similar message, try to get the specific version of the file that the installation program needs, provide the alternative path, see if this error disappears.
Please also kindly share us the screenshot about this error for further check, if the troubleshooter tool doesn’t work.

The troubleshooter is for detecting and uninstalling the package. In some cases, the package(or some old version of the packages) was not correctly installed, using the troubleshooter tool is helpful for reinstalling it correctly.
About your confusion, I added the Microsoft Intune tag to help you better confirm this.

This tool no longer works for some reason. No matter what, it will sit there and say that no problem was detected even though there is one.
@DiamondDesperado , try again, install your program/packages, when you get errors, run the troubleshooter tool, select Uninstalling, see if this time it lists the program that you are going to uninstall.
Using troubleshooter tool is to uninstall the corrupted installed program(maybe an old version of that program), so if you can find the directory of that program, and manually remove it, it should work too.
You can also check in Control Panel, see if you can uninstall it from there.
Besides, what MSI package are you installing? Is it Visual C++ Redistributable package?
