Hello,

If I create a rule for a shared inbox or office365 group, does that rule AFFECT ALL users who have access to that inbox/group?

Thanks

    Hi @Kareem Culbertson

If you create a rule for a shared mailbox or Office 365 group, this rule will not affect all users who have access to that mailbox/group. This is because these rules are created under your account and are only effective for your account and will not affect other users.

    Hope this information is helpful!

Yes it is. If you create a rule on Desktop App to move messaged from shared mailbox Inbox to another folder, when your Outlook is online message will be moved, and other users dont see that message in shared mailbox's Inbox folder.
