Cannot use the DNS again

I created a Cloud Service (extended support) using my test account last month, and everything seemed to be working fine. However, when I tried to use my real account to create a Cloud Service (extended support), I encountered an issue where the DNS name could not be used. This is very frustrating. I am unable to set the DNS name label for the public IP address even after deleting all the resources I had created. The DNS name can only be used with my test account. Can someone explain why this is happening and what I can do to fix it?

    @Little Cat Tu ,

    Welcome to the Microsoft Q&A Platform. Thank you for reaching out & I hope you are doing well.

    I understand that you would like to add a custom domain to your Cloud Service (extended support).

    • Can you please share the document you were following to set up custom domain?
    • Can you please share the exact error message you are seeing?

    Cheers,

    Kapil
