Need help with Sync Outlook Calendar into Excel Spreadsheet

I need to figure out a way to Sync an Outlook Calendar into Excel spreadsheet without going back to the spreadsheet each time I add an event on the Calendar. Was watching video's yesterday but the concept of using codes went over my head just a little.  Any help I would be so grateful. Kindly

    Unfortunately, it is not possible to Sync Outlook Calendar into Excel Spreadsheet from Outlook itself.

    If you’re looking for a more automated solution, you might consider using Power Automate to create workflows to connect SharePoint lists and Exchange calendars for automation.
