Is Android Corporate-owned devices with work profile (COPE) enrollment broken ?

I have not been successful on Android 14 and Android 13 samsung devices using manually feeding the enrollment token on factory-reset devices. I am meeting all the pre-requisites.

By the way, the QR-code that is generated out on Intune portal is NEVER scannable. So that is another issue.

    @testuser7, Thanks for posting in Q&A. Based on my researching, I have found a known issue "COPE enrollment for Samsung devices is consistently stuck at device registration." and this seems to be Google issue and still in investigating. Could you confirm if your issue is the same? Did you get any error?

    For the issue, did it affect all the Samsung models? Is there's any model still working?

    Thanks @Crystal-MSFT for validating.

    Yes, I tried 2 samsung devices namely galaxy S23 and A25 Both are latest and having android version 13 and 14 respectively.

    Is this known issue documented somewhere ?
