How to update ReadInStreamAsync method in visual studio?

i currently using C# to code a Winform requires computer vision, i want to add Vietnamese language to the settings of this method ReadInStreamAsync() in this package Microsoft.Azure.CognitiveServices.Vision.ComputerVision but the API code is locked. Is there any way i can update the packages or any alternative method to scan Vietnamese text ?

Please confirm if you are calling the READ API for recognizing the
Handwritten text or Print Text or to analyze the images?Please refer the Language support for Azure AI Vision for Vietnamese:

Also ensure that you have most recent SDK version and below API-version model :

Two methods are called here:
ReadInStreamAsync()will be the call to submit the request to analyze the input, andGetReadResultAsync()an async one to fetch the results from the Operation-Location. MultipleGetReadResultAsync()calls may happen until the results are ready..

2024-07-02T03:02:33.7166667+00:00 I use the read API for scanning the image text, the accuracy was good but i can't find the Vietnamese language support for this method in the Definition. I created a new computer vision project few days ago, not sure where to check for the API version.
