Can't create new gpt-35-turbo 0125 model version because of quota limit

Question

Can't create new gpt-35-turbo 0125 model version because of quota limit. This is not normal because I have not jet used all be quota limits.

Thanks for using QandA platform.

I understand that you have not used the quota yet the error says the quato exceeded,

i guess this is due to the retirement.

Version of gpt-35-turbo will be retired no earlier than July 5, 2024. as its retired

As mentioned here, Azure OpenAI supports automatic updates for selected model deployments where automatic update support is available.
