Hello, I am currently attempting to configure Azure Migrate on a Windows Server Appliance 2019, but I am encountering an issue during the installation configuration, specifically with the Process Server for Azure Site Recovery (ASR).

Based on the information shared in the post, I understand that Azure Site Recovery Unified Setup is failing with "Install configuration server and process server - Failed" and validating server configuration - Failed"
Could you please check the version of configuration server? Suggest you try the latest version and If OVA isn't working, you may try manually.
Please ensure that you are installing 9.40/higher version of MicrosoftAzureSiteRecoveryUnifiedSetup.
Also, check if there are any connectivity constraints in your environment.
If you have proxy configured, allow communication to all of the Azure URLs over HTTPS (443) port - https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/site-recovery/vmware-azure-deploy-configuration-server#verify-connectivity should be in bypass list.
If there is no proxy, ensure Azure URLs are all whitelisted.
