In addition to the Marcin Policht, it is imperative to have access to the Dynamics 365 free trial for practicing sessions. To acquire access to the free trial, please adhere to the provided instructions and provide the necessary details accordingly.

You're welcome to practice session using the Dynamics 365 free trial, but you'll need an organizational account to gain access.

It's important to note that attempting to access the free trial with a personal account will not be successful.

As per https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/training/paths/work-with-cases-in-dynamics-365-for-customer-service/ , one of the prerequisites for running these exercises is having a trial subscription for Dynamics 365 Customer Service
