MCT Renew website issue

Hello Microsoft Team,

Appreciate your urgent support as I can not access the below URL to renew my MCT.
as I received this Mail 60 Days renewal.

Please submit your application by Aug 19 2024 11:59 PM in the MCT enrollment tool to continue as a member of the MCT program. If you do not renew by Aug 19 2024 11:59 PM, your MCT membership will expire, and you will need to re-apply. If you have any questions, please contact our team through our MCT Support Forums, or visit the [Microsoft Learning Dashboard] for the latest program and certification information.
