So I have proceeded to disable it on the local administrator account by going on the browser and disabling the flag. You can disable this (and any other feature) via the --disable-features command line argument. (Values are comma separated.) In this case, you want --flag-switches-begin --disable-features=msExperimentalScrolling --flag-switches-end .

Am I correct in thinking that this argument in the program files where the edge browser is located
C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft\Edge Beta\Application
and
C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft\Edge Beta\Application{Version_Number_Here
will force Kiosk to use that setting?

Additionally, is there documentation for all these command-line arguments?

I edited the answer a bit to include the missing begin/end flags.

I'm not sure how you start your kiosk mode, but one example would be to create a shortcut that points to "C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft\Edge Dev\Application\msedge.exe" --kiosk --flag-switches-begin --disable-features=msExperimentalScrolling --flag-switches-end.

There are no docs that I'm aware of. (I had to reach out to the Edge team directly.) You can, however, glean the feature names by turning them on then visiting edge://version for the exact command line needed.

I run Microsoft Edge with assigned access exactly stated on the documentation and my first comment.

I'll go into more detail:

I use the latest Microsoft OS preview build and latest Microsoft Edge browser.

I then use the Setup Kiosk mode with unassigned access with Edge Dev app

So your command works in the Local administrator on a shortcut, but I cannot get it working on Windows 10 Kiosk.

I've tried editing registry of the EXE of WIndows Edge beta to include the parameter you have provided. Using the below StackOverflow as reference.

Follow up cause ran out of characters

data is

I've tried

"C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft\Edge Beta\Application\msedge.exe" --kiosk --flag-switches-begin --disable-features=msExperimentalScrolling --flag-switches-end --single-argument %1

and

"C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft\Edge Beta\Application\msedge.exe" --single-argument %1 --kiosk --flag-switches-begin --disable-features=msExperimentalScrolling --flag-switches-end

With no success. Do you have any ideas?
