Images don't open from Office Apps with Andriod Work Profile

I've got a Google Pixel 7 and registered it with Intune using the Work Profile, I've had a problem for a while where I can't see any images downloaded from email, teams or onedrive its a blank thumbnail. I've only had the Google Files app installed and it's been ok for images saved off the web using the Edge work profile app but not the others.

Reading in to it others suggested its because there isn't an app to open them so i also made Google Photos required and I get the same issue. I can see web downloaded images and screenshots taken in work profile but images saved from Teams and Onedrive just appear as blank thumbnails and when you click on them to open them they are just a grey screen.

Just a thinking, please check if you deployed an app protection policy that added outlook, teams and OneDrive as protected apps. If yes, please try to add an app that can open images in this app protection policy and then check if this app can open images that from outlook, teams and OneDrive.
