How to fix this issue of unanticipated error occur?

Recently I tired to join a android device as fully corporate management, but I am facing this issue where evetime I sign in this shows up. I am using Intune device management. Please help how to fix this issue, not sure what I am exactly missing. I as the admin account of Intune can access but the user I made not able to.

What I did to resolve this issue was assign a test on-prem user the intune administrator role in entra ID, I then came back and Installed the Intune connector and authenticated using their credentials.

I cannot explain why this failed to work for the global admin user but worked for the Intune admin user but those are the steps I took.

For this issue, it seems that this user you used to sign in doesn't have an intune license. Please check under Users > the target user > License in intune portal.
