My Bastion is working fine. I RDP to my Windows VM and I wanted to check the Sessions information. I clicked on Sessions and the table is stuck at "Loading...". Eventually it time out and says unable to get the session information.

I am using Edge browser with no extensions. Is there any reason why this is not working? I was able to access the Sessions information a few weeks ago and I am the owner of the Azure subscription.

Hi Lai Kian Wah,Greetings of the day!!

Welcome to the Microsoft Q&A Platform. Thank you for posting your query here.

It seems you're encountering a temporary issue where the Bastion Sessions table is stuck at "Loading..." and eventually times out. This could be due to several factors:

    1. Browser Cache and Cookies: Even though you’re using Edge without extensions, it’s worth clearing your browser’s cache and cookies. Sometimes old data can interfere with loading new content.
    2. Browser Version: Make sure you’re using the latest version of Microsoft Edge. Sometimes, issues can arise due to outdated browser versions.
    3. Azure Portal Issues: Sometimes, issues can arise from the Azure portal itself. Check the Azure status page to see if there are any ongoing issues or outages that might be affecting the service.
    4. Session Timeout or Limits: Verify if there have been any changes or updates to session timeout settings or limits on your Azure Bastion or VM that might affect the session information display.

NOTE: Black screen in the Azure portal.
