Hi @Jafar Ibrahim ,
Thank you for posting your query on Microsoft Q&A.
You cannot delete an organization in Microsoft Entra ID until it meets several conditions.
Please ensure the following:
- All outstanding invoices and amounts due or overdue have been paid.
- There are no users in the Microsoft Entra tenant, except for one Global Administrator who will perform the deletion. You must delete any other users before proceeding.
- If users are synchronized from on-premises, turn off the sync first. You must then delete the users in the cloud organization using the Microsoft Entra admin center or Azure PowerShell cmdlets.
- There are no applications associated with the organization. All applications must be removed before you can delete the organization.
- No multifactor authentication providers are linked to the organization.
- There are no subscriptions for any Microsoft Online Services offerings (such as Azure, Microsoft 365, or Microsoft Entra ID P1 or P2) associated with the organization.
__
NOTE: You cannot delete the default organization in Microsoft Azure.
Follow the steps to delete the Organization:
- Sign in to the Microsoft Entra admin center as a Global Administrator.
- Select Microsoft Entra ID.
- On a tenant's Overview page, select Manage tenants.
- Select the checkbox for the tenant that you want to delete, and then select Delete.
If your organization doesn't pass one or more checks, you'll get a link to more information on how to pass. After you pass all checks, select Delete to complete the process.
