how can I remove and delete my organization which was created by mistake?

I need to delete my organization which was created on Microsoft by mistake. there is no way to connect with the customer service. and on the portal there is nothing called delete organization, any recommendations?

Thank you for posting your query on Microsoft Q&A.

You cannot delete an organization in Microsoft Entra ID until it meets several conditions.

Please ensure the following:

• All outstanding invoices and amounts due or overdue have been paid.
• There are no users in the Microsoft Entra tenant, except for one Global Administrator who will perform the deletion. You must delete any other users before proceeding.
• If users are synchronized from on-premises, turn off the sync first. You must then delete the users in the cloud organization using the Microsoft Entra admin center or Azure PowerShell cmdlets.
• There are no applications associated with the organization. All applications must be removed before you can delete the organization.
• No multifactor authentication providers are linked to the organization.
• There are no subscriptions for any Microsoft Online Services offerings (such as Azure, Microsoft 365, or Microsoft Entra ID P1 or P2) associated with the organization.

NOTE: You cannot delete the default organization in Microsoft Azure.

Follow the steps to delete the Organization:

• Sign in to the Microsoft Entra admin center as a Global Administrator.
• Select Microsoft Entra ID.
• On a tenant's Overview page, select Manage tenants.
• Select the checkbox for the tenant that you want to delete, and then select Delete.

If your organization doesn't pass one or more checks, you'll get a link to more information on how to pass. After you pass all checks, select Delete to complete the process.
