About Azure OpenAI Service Batch

Question

i did batch work about getting information about image by using gpt-4o-mini-batch

Everything was ok (jsonl file, processing ...)

the batch work was completed without any errors but. when i donwload the ouput file, the file is empty..... what's happen?
