A problem with Access packages (EntraID) requests!

I have created an access package with policy that require an approval ( there guest accounst as approvers). While someone submit a request no one recieve an email to approve the request . And at request page in the access package i see that the status is Submitted- Accepted . and never change to pending aproval .

other access packages works fine . is possible that the issue is because the guest approvers ?

    I'm glad that you were able to resolve your issue and thank you for posting your solution so that others experiencing the same thing can easily reference this!     As guest users involved as approvers, it will take longer to send the email and update the request status.
