Hello!
Is there a policy or config profile to deploy Windows Activation Code to Windows devices from Intune? Thanks.
If the devices have registration with Entra ID, then you can just use Windows subscription based activation.
Thanks @Rahul Jindal [MVP]. Just to clarify, all our windows devices have Pro license. However, will need to deploy Enterprise license to handful windows devices from Intune.

Intune does not have a built-in policy or profile type specifically designed to deploy Windows activation keys to devices.
Intune's role is primarily focused on device management after Windows is properly licensed and activated.

@Ahmed Alshatawi Thanks for posting in Q&A. To deploy Windows Enterprise licenses to a handful of Windows devices, you can use the Subscription Activation feature. This allows you to upgrade from Windows 10/11 Pro to Windows 10/11 Enterprise. Here is a link with more details
