windows-10-network issue
I have tried everything I can read to try and solve this. I’ve upgraded via dvd to Windows 20H2 in attempting to solve no internet on either Ethernet or WiFi connection!
When I run ipconfig I get no adapters.

2021-01-01T03:02:04.347+00:00 Hi,
Thanks for posting in Q&A platform.
Based on provided info, my understanding is when you run ipconfig/all, it returned blank result. Please correct me if my understanding is wrong.
Could you please go to Device Manager>Network adapters>check if there is any network adapter driver list here.
If the network adapter was listed here, please try to update the driver to see if the issue can be resolved.
If the issue still existed, please help to verify if there is any malware in your device. Or I would suggest uninstall all downloaded program one by one to see if there is any suspected program caused the issue.
Best Regards,
Sunny----------

2021-01-01T17:09:50.97+00:00 There is no malware and the two network adapters show device is working properly.
This issue happened after a Windows Update reboot.
And from the previous question I posted, I had downloaded and installed (without losing any programs) Windows 10 20H2 build.
