Why is my meeting room not saving the recording and transcript

Hello,

This is what I do:
I (as a user with MS 365 Business Standard licence) create a meeting, invite a meeting room and turn on the automatic recording and transcript of the meeting.
Then I start the meeting in the meeting room (it has licences Teams Rooms Pro and MS 365 Business Standard) and it shows on the TV that the recording and transcription has started.
But when I finish the meeting it shows me the meeting recording in the "Chat" of the meeting and I can download it, but it says that uploading on the meeting recording has failed. Moreover **there is no transcript.

What can I do about it?** (I made sure the meeting room account has set up One Drive.)

    According to your description, meeting recording can’t download. We recommend that you use the new diagnostic support tool in The Admin Center. The following steps show how to fix recording failed to upload:

    1. In the Office 365 admin center open the help dialog box.
    2. Type diagnosis: Missing Recording in the search bar & return.
    3. Enter URL & date of meeting in the supplied fields.
    4. You'll be given a URL to type into your browser .
    5. The meeting downloads.

    Getting the exact same issue in our tenant - have open ticket with MS for this as well but they seem stumped
