Hi

I am the administrator for a Microsoft Business account with three users. I have two individual email accounts and one info@mydomain email, which I used to set up and access the Admin Center. Everything was working fine until recently.

After making some changes to authentication requirements to resolve a login issue for one of the other accounts, I can no longer log into the info@mydomain email account, nor can I access the Admin Center. Additionally, any services or accounts linked to info@mydomain are no longer accessible. The other two accounts are working fine.

Below is the sequence of steps and the issue I'm facing:

I chose the info@domain email to log in to the Admin Center.

I enter the password and click Next.

Action Required - your orgnisation requires additional security information. Follow the prompts to download and set up microsoft authentication app. screen appears, and I click Next.

This leads to a blank white page with the following appears in the address bar:*************************

, where it seems like the system is trying to do something.

The address bar changes but the page remains blank.

The page stays stuck at this point until it will end up with We coudl not sign you in. please try again screen

As a result, I am unable to access the Admin Center or any services linked to the info@mydomain account.

This issue is urgent, and I would greatly appreciate your assistance in resolving it as soon as possible.

Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.

check permissions on the domain and the two users make sure they have full permissions to the domain and admin rights to the domain check applications also under permissions make sure they have full rights to office 365 etc

You should contact phone support team of Microsoft. Here is official article of Microsoft: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/admin/get-help-support?view=o365-worldwide#phone-support

there is no other way to get support in your mentioned case.
