I am trying to use Windows Configuration Designer to create a package to enrollment existing devices in Intune. I do not want to rename the device but use current name. I only want the package to enroll the device and that is it. I checked Advanced Editor but cannot find the settings for Enrollment etc.. Also when I do click on Bulk enrollment token, and put in my G.A creds after the password it tries to connect me to the wrong tenant. I am using one tenant and the device and am setting up are on another.

Thoughts????

@rr-4098, Thanks for posting in Q&A.

From your description, I know you want to enroll in Intune using Windows Configuration Designer.

Based on my research, we can follow the link below to Create a provisioning package (desktop wizard) to enroll your devices in Intune, and here are some notes.

    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/configuration/provisioning-packages/provision-pcs-for-initial-deployment

1.Since you do not want to change the current device name, when configuring device, you can just skip it.

2.In the account management page, you can choose to Enroll device in Microsoft Entra ID, it means the device registration status is Microsoft Entra ID registered instead of Microsoft Entra joined and please make you enter the correct Azure AD account.

Also, here is a link can help you refer to apply the package.

    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/configuration/provisioning-packages/provisioning-apply-package

    Hope it can help you.

The wizard will not let you proceed unless you type in a device name
